Our Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) Architecture is PCI Certified

BYOD 1

Secure BYOD Software​

Teleperformance uses software to completely isolate our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure from the agent’s BYOD. ​

BYOD 2

Properly Checked BYOD

When launching the Teleperformance BYOD software, the agent’s device is checked to ensure it meets technical specifications for supported versions of the Operating System, antivirus software, and the latest AV signatures. ​

BYOD 3

Multi-Factor Authentication​

When the agent logs into the gateway with their secure username and password, they are required to use Multi-Factor Authentication to establish a secure connection to the VDI through our data center.​

BYOD 4

Device Lockdown ​

Once the agent has logged into the VDI workspace, the Teleperformance software prevents the agent from interacting with other device functions (e.g., screen capture, file transfer, personal email checking, and browser use) until the agent logs out of the VDI.​

No Data​ Stored Locally ​

All sessions are virtual. Nothing is stored locally.
